Senseless war was slowly coming to Sarajevo. We watched it first on television, and then through the window.
During February and March 1992, under the auspices of the Conference about the Future of Yugoslavia, special meetings devoted to the future of Bosnia and Herzegovina started taking place. First, it seemed that the peace was within the reach, and then, at the end of March, everything got worst.
We entered April 1992 full of fear that the worst scenario would be played out. However, there was still a chance that a war could be avoided. I had the opportunity to convince myself of that.
